Inquiries are not orders

Submitting the inquiry form requests a review, not a purchase. PayPal checkout is a separate paid subscription flow. An inquiry does not reserve capacity, create a hosting account, provision a server or collect a payment. A receipt reference confirms only that the inquiry was recorded.

A service proceeds only after the configuration, availability, scope, pricing and payment instructions have been confirmed. Do not assume a setup date or available inventory from a displayed plan.

Configuration and service scope

Displayed cores, RAM and storage are configuration targets, subject to a written hardware and availability confirmation before purchase. VPS cores are virtual CPUs, not a promise of exclusive physical cores. Dedicated machines are scoped separately. CPU model, storage technology, operating system, location, network arrangements and setup timing require written confirmation.

No uptime, latency or performance guarantee is advertised on this website. Migration, managed setup, copy-workspace assistance and backup arrangements are not included unless specifically agreed. Confirm service boundaries, support arrangements, maintenance, renewal, cancellation and any refund conditions before paying an invoice.

Pricing and payment

PayPal purchases use the Fractal Seven checkout and customer account. You authorize the full listed USD monthly price now and automatic monthly renewal indefinitely until cancellation, with no trial or signup fee. The crypto discount does not apply to PayPal. Activation is manual, not immediate. Confirm configuration, capacity and timing before purchasing.

To stop future renewal, sign in at Fractal Seven My Account → Subscriptions, open the subscription and choose Cancel before the next renewal. Cancellation does not automatically refund a collected payment. Contact support@fractalseven.com about activation, service issues or refunds. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Displayed prices are monthly hosting base prices denominated in USD. The final configuration, separately quoted services, applicable taxes and any other charges are set out before payment. This website does not collect payment-card or cryptocurrency credentials.

Crypto payment receives a 10% discount on the recurring monthly hosting base price. Taxes, network fees and separately quoted services are excluded from that discount. The supported asset and network, exchange basis, amount due and any payment deadline are specified on the invoice.

Verify payment instructions before sending cryptocurrency. Transfers can be irreversible; a wrong asset, wrong network or incorrect destination can lead to loss. Do not send funds based only on a website price or an unsolicited message. Contact support if instructions are unclear.

Your software and responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful use of the service, your accounts, trading decisions and permission to use installed software. Third-party platforms, market data, broker access, subscriptions and proprietary indicators are not included unless explicitly agreed.

Check vendor requirements, remote-hosting rules, machine-bound licensing and concurrent-session limits. Protect credentials and agree a secure access method if assistance is needed. Do not send credentials or private keys through the inquiry form.

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware, abusive traffic or infringement. Any restrictions specific to a proposed service should be confirmed in the quote.

Trading and operational risk

Fractal Seven provides hosting-related information, not investment advice, brokerage or a promise of trading results. Trading can result in substantial loss. An indicator, strategy, hosted machine or remote connection does not remove that risk.

Software faults, connection failures, broker issues and data-feed interruptions can affect a trading workflow. Test configurations before live use, maintain an independent way to reach your broker and understand your order behavior during disconnections. Backup and recovery responsibilities must be agreed rather than assumed.

Indicators and affiliates

Fractal Seven indicators are in development. No release date, feature set, price or access entitlement is promised. Third-party platform names are used descriptively and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Affiliate signup and email verification create a separate affiliate account, not a customer membership or an automatic commission entitlement. Earning codes are assigned individually. Each code specifies a percentage or fixed commission and whether subscription renewals qualify. Attribution codes do not automatically discount customer prices. Commissions are based on eligible paid amounts excluding taxes and shipping, and are adjusted for refunds or cancellations. Self-referrals do not qualify. Displayed balances are not automatic payouts. Promotional claims must be accurate and affiliate relationships disclosed; any additional agreed program terms still apply.
