Is setup automatic after I choose a plan?

No. Activation is manual. Confirm configuration, capacity and timing with us before purchasing. PayPal checkout charges now and renews monthly until cancelled; it does not provision a server. Crypto remains an inquiry and invoice path.

Which plan should I start with?

Start with the software you use, not the largest price point. Share your platforms, simultaneous workspaces, chart count, indicators and any backtesting. CPU VPS is a sensible category to discuss for general platform use; Memory, storage and dedicated configurations cover larger or more specialized requirements.

Do you include my platform or market-data subscription?

No third-party platform, indicator, broker connection or market-data entitlement is included unless specifically agreed in your quote. Bring valid licenses and check your provider’s remote-hosting and concurrent-session rules.

How does the crypto discount work?

Crypto payment reduces the recurring monthly hosting base price by 10%. Displayed crypto prices are still denominated in USD. Taxes, network fees and separately quoted services are excluded from the discount. The supported asset, network, conversion and payment instructions are confirmed on the invoice.

Can I ask for help moving an existing workspace?

Yes. Describe the platform, files, licenses and migration window in your request. Migration, managed setup, backup arrangements and copy-workspace configuration are separate discussions; availability, responsibility and any charges must be confirmed before work starts.

Does hosting remove trading or connection risk?

No. A hosted environment does not eliminate software failures, connection interruptions, data-feed issues or trading losses. Keep an independent way to access your broker, understand how your orders behave during a disconnect, and test changes before relying on them.
