Platforms
Your platform.
Your way of working.
Start with the tools you already know. Hosting should be scoped around their requirements, licensing and real-world workload—not a logo on a compatibility list.
01 / Desktop trading workspace
NinjaTrader
Bring your charts, strategies and licensed add-ons into the planning conversation.
Not includedNinjaTrader software, market data and third-party tools are not included in hosting by default.
Scope the entire workspace.
Tell us which NinjaTrader version you use, how many charts are active and whether the session includes strategy analysis, replay or multiple connections. Vendor requirements and the proposed hosting configuration need to line up.
- List your data-feed and broker connections; confirm their session rules.
- Identify machine-bound licenses and any reactivation steps.
- Separate real-time platform use from intensive analysis jobs.
- Plan a test of templates, data and order behavior before live use.
02 / Browser & desktop charting
TradingView
A familiar charting workflow, with a clear reason for where it runs.
Not includedThird-party subscriptions, scripts and signal services are not bundled with Fractal Seven hosting.
Ask what the hosted session needs to do.
TradingView has its own cloud-based services. A VPS is not required simply to use its charts. A hosted workspace may be worth discussing when your browser or desktop application sits alongside other local tools.
- Describe your browser tabs, desktop application and companion software.
- Keep your TradingView account, subscriptions and script permissions.
- Confirm how alerts and integrations work; do not assume a VPS changes them.
- Review remote-display requirements alongside CPU, memory and storage before selecting a configuration.
03 / Other tools & specialist setups
A different
stack?
Describe it. A workload review is more useful than a blanket compatibility claim.
Bring the vendor’s requirements.
For another trading terminal, data tool, automation framework or analysis application, include the software version and official system requirements. We will review the requested environment rather than assume compatibility.
- Operating system, memory, CPU and any graphics dependencies.
- Vendor restrictions on virtual machines or remote access.
- Required storage, authentication devices or external integrations.
- How you will test the setup before relying on it.
04 / A practical distinction
Hosting the tools.
Not making the trade.
Your broker, software and data providers remain separate parts of your setup. A hosted machine does not replace their subscriptions, permissions or risk controls.
Trading riskUse your own judgment, test the environment and maintain another way to access your accounts. No infrastructure choice removes trading risk.
Read our terms05 / Questions / Answers
Do you guarantee that my application will work?
No blanket compatibility guarantee is made. Share the exact version, vendor requirements, dependencies and licensing rules. Compatibility and the proposed configuration must be reviewed before setup.
How do I size a chart-heavy workspace?
Start with the software requirements, chart count, simultaneous applications and measured CPU and memory use. Retained history and replay files determine storage needs. Share your busiest session and we can review the configuration.
Can I move paid indicators or strategies?
Possibly, depending on the vendor’s terms. Machine-bound activation, license transfer and concurrent-use restrictions may apply. You must have permission to install and run the tools in the proposed environment.
Build around your workflow.
Tell us what you run. We will review the requirements, confirm capacity and put the configuration in writing.
