Privacy

Your inquiry.
Handled with purpose.

This notice explains the information used by this website, its inquiry process and the Fractal Seven PayPal checkout. Questions about privacy can be directed to support@fractalseven.com.

What you provide

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, inquiry type, selected plan, payment preference and message. A hidden website field is used to help identify automated submissions. Please do not include passwords, broker credentials, private keys or sensitive financial information.

Successful submissions are recorded by the server with a request reference. Hosting systems may also process technical request information, such as IP addresses, timestamps and user agents, in operational or security logs.

Why it is used

Inquiry information is used to review your requirements, discuss a potential configuration or service, respond to questions and maintain a record of the conversation. Technical information may be used to operate the website, investigate errors and prevent abuse.

Submitting the form is not a marketing subscription. The confirmation records receipt; it does not indicate that an email notification has been sent.

Storage and retention

Inquiry records are stored server-side outside the public website files. Access should be limited to people and service providers who need it for handling inquiries, operating the service or meeting applicable obligations.

There is no fixed deletion period promised in this notice. Information is retained as needed for inquiry follow-up, service administration, security and relevant legal or accounting obligations. Ask us if you would like a particular inquiry reviewed for deletion; some records may need to be retained.

Service providers and disclosure

PayPal checkout and customer accounts are hosted at fractalseven.com. Fractal Seven/WooCommerce processes account email, billing information, order and subscription records, payment references and necessary session cookies for checkout, account access and renewal management. PayPal processes payment authorization and payment information under its own privacy notice. Recurring billing uses a stored payment reference, not payment credentials entered into this static website. Service and accounting records may be retained as legally required. Contact support@fractalseven.com about privacy or account records.

Infrastructure and communications providers may process information as needed to run the website and handle a conversation. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by applicable law or to protect the service against abuse. Do not submit another person’s private data without permission.

Cookies, preferences and analytics

The pricing interface does not store preferences in localStorage or cookies. Checkout uses necessary shopping-session cookies. The affiliate portal uses a secure sign-in cookie; an affiliate referral link may set a first-party attribution cookie for up to 30 days. A code entered at checkout takes precedence over a referral link. These features do not embed third-party advertising trackers.

Affiliate accounts are separate from customer memberships. We store affiliate contact and verification details, assigned codes, referral activity, eligible order references, commission adjustments and manually recorded payouts in our central operations system. Login and verification links expire and are single-use. Affiliate dashboards show their own records, not customer payment credentials. Following external links or sending email involves the provider’s own services and policies.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit an inquiry, or contact us by email instead. To ask for access, correction or deletion of inquiry information, email support@fractalseven.com with your request reference if available. We may need to confirm your identity before acting.

The rights and obligations that apply may depend on your circumstances and applicable law. No specific response period is promised here. Material changes to the website’s data practices should be reflected in this notice.
